Came in to nobody behind the counter. Waited 5-10 minutes while someone in the back smoked weed and ignored me. Would not recommend.

The gentlemen today from boonton, was very attentive and on point with my request for more tobacco juices in higher nic and NOT salt. Had to get a little creative with the stock there in ROCKAWAY but his customer service was excellent and he listened to my request for tobacco flavors in 6 mg inc custards - tobacco monster is a highly favored one by many. Puff city has the good reasonable prices im consistently there and his service today deserves a shout out, my apologies I forgot his name but he was in today 10-11-23 from boonton. Re do!! Of my review Cannot keep any flavors of tobacco juices in stock… so lower rating I can’t keep wasting time on puff city - cannot keep items in stock Tobacco monster is everywhere But not here So I don’t bother wasted a half dozen trips here to use good guy Or order

This store is awesome and all of their products are reasonably priced and high quality. Alper is awesome!! My favourite employee in the store, he is so helpful and helped answer my 3 billion questions without any hesitation and with a lot of enthusiasm!! I’ll be coming back as a loyal customer just for him !

They have a very big assortment of vape cartridges or containers, plus pods. There's so much to look at lol. But they have hookas and all various kinds of pipes etc. Very nice employee there!

Puff city is absolutely amazing. Their prices are on point and they have really cool and loyal customers. The owner (can't spell your name lol) is super dope and knowledgeable as well. If you get the chance if you're in there, ask him about his martial arts experience.
