I purchased Geek Bar and they sold me Geek Plus. It was dead in a week. It was so identical to a real Geek Bar that I didn’t realize it was a knockoff until that happened. I had bought 2 and I wanted to exchange it for a real Geek Bar. They let me trade in one that was still sealed for a smaller Geek Bar. Doesn’t really seem fair but at this point I took what I could get.

Awesome store!! Very friendly compassionate customer service. Extremely fair (CHEAP) prices, on EVERYTHING. Takes time to fully answer any questions or concerns.. Will definitely be a regular customer!! So glad I found this place.

Stopped in for a quick vape battery pick up and I would 10/10 recommend this place of business! Chad and his wife were so friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and showed me a lot of products to choose from. I will definitely make It a point to come back when passing through NJ!

BEWARE: THEY ARE SELLING COUNTERFEIT ELF BARS. I tried to verify the one I bought—there was no QR code, I had to type in the scratch-off number code and it came up as fake. When I showed this to the cashier she refused to refund me, insisted it was real, and said that if she gave me my money back then she would have to pay a fee… so I should have to pay for a fake product because she doesn’t want to pay a fee. She was also mad I scratched the box trying to get the verification code because “now she can’t sell it.” I said she shouldn’t sell it because I just showed it was fake, and counterfeit devices can be VERY dangerous, and she still said she was going to sell them and they aren’t fake. And for anyone thinking I could have typed in the code wrong—she had a box of the Strazz flavor which were all purple, when they’re supposed to be pink. Loss of my money aside, the main thing I want is for people to STAY SAFE!!!

I travel out of my way for Smokers Outlet. They have the best prices and they are a pleasure to give my business. They are a wonderful family run operation. I'm pretty sure that I have met everyone. Thanks guys.
