Holy shit one of the craziest spot I ever been too. Smoke shop, convenience, deli plus 24 hours crazy. Cool people definitely recommend 👏🏼

Stopped by this smoke shop and deli and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and they had a good selection. I also grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese, and it was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

I've been a regular customer at this smoke shop for about 8 months and used to stop in almost every day, spending anywhere from $35 to $60 each visit. Totaling to thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill enough that it's now my last resort instead of my go to shop. One of the biggest disappointments is that I recently found out they have a rewards program. Despite being a loyal, frequent customer for months, no one ever mentioned it to me. It would have been nice if they had informed regular customers so we could actually benefit from our loyalty. Another issue is that I was charged a fee every time I paid with my debit card, on top of sales tax. From my understanding, businesses in New Jersey have restrictions on charging debit card surcharges, so this left me questioning whether those fees were appropriate. Customer service has also been consistently disappointing. One employee, who appears to be in his late 20s, has repeatedly come across as uninterested in helping customers. Whenever I ask a question, he gives off a "don't ask me anything" attitude, and when he does respond, his tone often comes across as sarcastic and snarky. It makes customers feel like they're inconveniencing him simply by asking for assistance. That's not the kind of experience I expect from a business that relies on repeat customers. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed shopping here at one point. I spent a lot of my hard earned money there because I wanted to support a local business, but loyalty should be appreciated, and customers should feel welcomed and informed. Sadly, that hasn't been my experience, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere whenever I have another option. I wouldn't recommend making this your regular smoke shop.

Smoke N Shop Deli is a great 24/7 spot with pretty good food and the convenience of having a little bit of everything inside. It feels more like a mix between a deli and a convenience store, with coffee, fragrances, and other useful items available too. I came here when they first opened and had a great conversation with the owner, which made the place feel welcoming right away. Since then, it’s become a regular spot for me and my college friends, and I’d definitely recommend it.
