Want to love this place because the staff is nice, and they have a very nice selection of cigars. Problem is that this has now been my 2nd visit and the cigars are underhumidified, leading to hard, fast burning, easy cracking smokes. Hard to justify spending $8-15(or more) a piece on cigars that I then have to bring home and store for 2-3 weeks before smoking them.

Each guy charges a different price, and customer service depends on who's there and what kind of mood they're in that day. We want back the morning guy

The hours of operation got me there initially, they open earlier than any other shop around 🙏🏻 But the guy managing the store and his excellent customer service is what keeps going back. Appreciate his work.

You've GOT to check it out! The selection is really good, so good that they are frequently out of your favorites!

great staff always stocked well glad to be in my town
