If you run a store and a customer asks you questions, conversate with them.Don't be rude and ignore them. I definitely feel as the person in the counter could definitely learn some social skills.

Lovely store, nice service. But they gave me a fake muha, they are not pink and do not blink all colors of the rainbow. They do not have buttons, and the real ones liquid tends too move slower. edit: i hope the store can make this right, i appreciate the response. I was not given my receipt. I however, remember exactly who i spoke to and asked questions prior to buying. I will come back in the morning. Because i brought up the faulty design and he assured me exactly what i thought was wrong, wasnt wrong!

Absolute trash. How does the guy behind the counter never hear of a pollen press? Even after its description of taking the kief to compress it, this clown thought I was joking. Can’t be in the cannabis business if you’ve never heard of the tool that’s equally as rudimentary as a grinder , bowl and papers. It’s time these guys close their locations. Same trash on their shelves for the past decade as well.

Ryan who works there is an amazing worker, very professional. He helps as best as he can, with any questions i asked him. It’s a great place overall at this location

Cant even ask a question man in the front counter was rude and seem to be bother for everything...never bring my service here again
