Stopped in to check out the shop and purchased a Kind Pen product. I was never told to test it in-store before leaving. When I got home, I realized the device would charge but the button didn’t work to change settings, and it also didn’t work on the inhale setting — the product never worked at all. I was away on a business trip and stopped back in when I returned to see if they could help with an exchange. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should have tested it before leaving, which was never mentioned during the purchase. I completely understand policies, but when a $50 product is clearly defective and never worked from the start, I would hope a business would stand behind what they sell. As someone who also runs a business, I believe situations like this are opportunities to take care of customers and build trust. Hopefully management sees this and is willing to make it right.

No refunds - even if the cashier made a mistake ringing you up!! I just left this place and got mistakenly charged $31.90 instead of $10 + tax. When I asked the cashier about this, he said he was unable to refund me and told me to come back tomorrow for another vape? I told him I had a better idea , how about he refunds me now or I call the police. Even after this, this guy was giving me a hard time until finally he handed over $15 cash and I left with one vape and just an atrocious experience. The fact that I had patronize this place about a dozen or so times prior just annoyed me even further. Stay away from these jackals, all they want is your money and they’re dying to double charge you, because this just happened a few minutes ago and I’m still a bit surprised at just how bad the customer service was and apparently how stupid this store owner thinks his customers are as well? Smarten up and go somewhere that values your business . 👍

Love these guys! Amazing prices and great customer service. You can really tell they have a sense of integrity, and that's not something I'd say about any other smoke shop in Jersey. Much love, guys, and fantastic job.

Great new store, I really hope they do well. Reasonably priced vape juice, devices, and kratom, not to mention a decent selection of each. Looks like they’re going to add a small humidor for cigars too. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. I bought the wrong kind of vapor today, they graciously took not only that one back after I opened it but another one that didn’t have the batteries needed. There are not many places offer that kind of customer service and I didn’t waist my money. I will continue to be a loyal customer to them.
