Went her the other day to grab some vapes. Lady was helpful, explained some differences in the products I was looking at. They have a good variety of what you would expect from a pipe shop. PS the lady working told me no photographs after a grabbed a couple. I find this weird I guess they are worried about competition. They ask for reviews (sticker on door) yet no photographs? If you offer great products and service you’ve got no reason to be afraid of competition. Plus it helps those putting up the review and also would showcase the products- extra advertising.

This is my 2nd visit to P&P and Nick K was exceptionally courteous and helpful! He inquired if I needed any assistance and indeed I did. I was looking for a vaporizer for resin and together we found the Starry 3.0 Vaporizer. It handles both bud and resin for an exceptional price. Thank you Nick & P&P !!

Alexis was an amazing helpful employee that went above and beyond to explain the process of hookah and gave us all of our hookah needs. She is amazing, knowledgeable, personable and very kind. This store is very well equipped for all your smoking needs. Stop here and ask for Alexis!!

We buy from this store all the time and got a vape that worked from here then less than a week later it stopped working and they refused store credit or a replacement. No attempts at trying to help at all.

I'm sorry I didn't add my experience there. I always have a great experience there. The staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to see that you have another store! Great atmosphere and company in Puff & Pipe! Love my glow in the dark water pipe!
