This is regarding the review by Jay Minati made today. I was waiting outside with that gentleman and he was very rude, nasty, and disingenuous. The young lady at the store was NOT gone for more than 5 mins. I literally waited for 4 mins. And then he had the audacity to look at me and say “I wrote a bad review about her”. When the young lady came back he lied to her and said we were waiting for 20 mins. I understand that many companies and establishments say that the customer is always right. However, he wasn’t right at all. Especially when he went out of his way to fabricate lies to try to harm and discredit someone’s work ethic and character because of their entitlement and ego. Right is right and wrong is wrong. And he was very wrong in this situation. People forget your employees are humans and not robots. Regardless of what occurred, I will continue coming to this store because the employees at the store are always amazing, welcoming, attentive, and well informed on their products. 10/10 store.

I bought a vape that cost $40, but because I paid with a card, it ended up being $45. Just a tip, it's better to pay with cash; they charge a lot in commission just for paying with a card.

Store says they open at 10am, sign on door says be back in 5 minutes, it’s 10:40 I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes very unprofessional and bad for business.
