I’ve been to this location about 3–4 times because it’s the closest to me. I generally like Amigos but my experience yesterday was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The employee at the front questioned me about my own debit card, despite the fact that I’ve paid with the same card before, with the same worker. She asked me to open my Chase app and show her my account. Even after Face ID, my password, and my wallet clearly proved it was my card, she still insisted on seeing my full Chase account and card numbers. That crossed a line and felt invasive and inappropriate. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with her. She consistently has an attitude, and pricing is wildly inconsistent. I paid $90 for the same items on a previous visit, and this time it was $70, with no explanation. It feels like prices are made up on the spot. On top of that, when I had an issue with a threaded cartridge, she gave me a hard time instead of helping resolve it. I was excited to have a closer location and to be a returning customer, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back to this store lol. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior.

There’s a guy that works here he’s tan with curly hair, he’s rude. Been here multiple times. If you don’t like your job just leave bro.
