I arrived at 9:55 PM when the posted closing time online was 10:00 PM. The doors were already locked and we were refused entry despite employees still being completely visible inside. I also have a time-stamped photo from 9:57 PM showing the employees inside closing out the register. If a business is going to stop allowing customers in before 10:00, the posted hours should reflect that so people don’t waste their time driving there. Really disappointing customer service and an unnecessary inconvenience. Management should be aware that the store is being closed to customers before the advertised closing time.
