Just got ripped off by this Store again, Every time I go there there's a different price for the same vape pen from each different employee. So each Employ have their own price for each pen. So you never know what you're gonna pay. Now they sold me a defective pen and would not replace it within 2 days that I bought it. When I explain the situation to the employee he told me, Once you buy We cannot replace it.

Excellent and knowledgeable attendants. I can be a very inquisitive customer when it comes to the kind of liquids I am seeking for. I've been to most North Jersey shops and no one seems to have the patience or the knowledge to help guide me to what i'm looking for. The attendants are not just trying to sell you a product just to make a quick buck, they are truly trying to make you feel satisfied with the product you leave the store with. For example; I live 2 minutes away from 3 vape shops; however I have never received the customer service that I have gotten at this location...so i have no problem driving a half an hour out of my way, just so that I'm treated as a respected paying customer, who is just looking for a product that suits my needs. All City Vapes is my choice when it comes down to my vapor devices and supplies.

Best vape shop that I've been to, very pleasant staff, that knows their vapes and will take the time to ask questions regarding the right vape as we all have our preference. I'm in to the smaller, less tech vaporizing devices, and they will go over the power of performance with their vaporizer to help find the one suitable, even if it's the lower priced ones. And the selection of flavors they have, they have it all. I'm very pleased, with this shop. They even know my preferences in my sweet flavors and are quick to point out new flavors they know I'd like. I like that kind of personal experience as a customer.

I love going to this local store. They are never out of stock and if there’s something I need, the owner takes ownership and makes sure he gets it. The owner is very accommodating and often gives courtesy samples and makes me feel valued and appreciated for giving him my business. I highly recommend going here as opposed to bigger shops

I love this place! They have a huge selection of vapes & juice flavors as well as traditional smoke shop pipes & things like that. Everything is priced reasonably & lower than other shops I have seen in the past. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Also, the atmosphere is very welcoming. This is the only place I shop for my vapes & juice & it is the only place I will go to in the future.
