Best Buzz Hookah Shop is hands down one of the best hookah stores I’ve ever visited! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store is. They have an incredible selection of premium hookahs, bowls, hoses, charcoal, shisha flavors, and accessories for every budget and preference. What really sets this shop apart is the outstanding customer service. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you need without any pressure. Their recommendations were excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The prices are very fair, and the quality of the products is outstanding. I also appreciated that they have comfortable seating while you browse and a large inventory, so you’re not limited in your choices. If you’re looking for a reliable hookah shop in Astoria, this is definitely the place to go. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hookah enthusiast, you’ll find everything you need here. I highly recommend Best Buzz Hookah Shop and will definitely be returning!

Very disappointed with the service. The owner was rude, ignored me while on his phone, didn’t even respond to my greeting, and acted like I was bothering him for asking simple questions. Definitely not a welcoming experience.

We visited the store on 1/12/20. Hussain from best buzz entertained us from start to end. I would say he’s was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They got the best rates, nobody can beat them in NYC(considering online store rates AS WELL). We got everything from flavors to hookah and coal. He gave us few extra items as a courtesy. Definitely will visit back again.

Best Buzz is really the best. This is the serious hookah supplier. They carry premium products as well as more affordable ones. The owner has a good attitude and he will help you out, especially if you are a regular customer. I wish they would carry a few more high-end options as far as hookah hardware, like Turkish, German, and Russian hookah brands. Even just a handful of more "modern" hookah hardware brands would be nice. Regardless, come here!!

They have the best selection and the best prices, the guy who runs the spot is super helpful and very kind!! The only place I get my stuff from
