Bath ny location is always open late. It is currently 10:28am and the guy that sleeps in the shop is still not up. Only place around to get what I need and I drive a ways to get here only for the place to be closed and not open during listed hours EVERY TIME! I spend thousands of dollars here.. SMH

I hate the prices and being the only one in town they can for sure get away with it. I miss my old vape shop they had deals my favorite was 2 for 35$ geek bar.. smh time to go back to a reusable n ordering my juice online..

Not much choice at all! Keeps going to the back n all he brings back are Hyde's vape $15-$20. I look around, n their my only choice. I ask about larger ones more vapes. No don't have any and that's it. Buy or leave. Probably won't be in business long people. Very unconcerned or don't understand English! First vape shop I've ever seen that treat customers way this one does. Regular Customer

The fact this place has 44 missed calls while they are open is ridiculous. If I was anyone ill got to other smoke shops in hornell. They open later but clearly this place doesn't value its customers. The fact they got an employee in store he just refuses to answer calls is something I dont understand.

From out of town and looked up Vape shops in Bath and Empire Smoke Shop came up. Visit was great. I was in and out within 5 minutes and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful. Good price too on my Geek Bar. Thank you!
