Chick who works there in the morning sits outside in her car the entire shift and only gets out to unlock the store when customers come. Then she asks you to use the emergency exit handle so that she doesn't have to use the lock again. When asked if they carry something specific, she replies, "Everything we have is displayed. I'm just a cashier." Awful customer service - well I can't say that. There's NO customer service other than the transaction. (Fast forward 2 weeks - I go there 2pm on Monday and the open sign is on with the store completely locked up and no indication of when they might reopen. Almost like they shouldn't be in the nicotine game. This place is completely unreliable...can I rate less than 1 star?)

Friendly, everyone there is very helpful. Prices are good

Convenient location and decent when it's actually open, half the time there's a 'be back later - on break' sign on the door. At least write a return time so customers know what to expect

Purchased four slides for a total of $53 and change. The pieces were loosely dropped in a paper bag and I discovered the thumb piece broke off on one of the bowls. I returned to the store to solve the issue and they stated they don’t issue refunds, returns, or replace damaged items. Absolutely ridiculous to spend over $50 on such low quality glass and receive zero post-purchase support. I’ll never return again and will constantly inform everyone I know to avoid due to this lack of customer support/service. Hard pass on this poorly run, overpriced dark age store. The four bowls I purchased now reside in the parking lot, likely in the same condition they were purchased in.

I purchased a item, my receipt said $11.11 when I got home and checked my account they took $13.33. I called there and wanted to find out why, and was told he speaks no English. I asked to speak to the other person that was there and he wouldn't respond to my request. He hung up on me. I called back to try to talk to someone and he ignored my request. Never going there again.
