they sell opened products as "new", they dont care about paying customers, their customer service is terrible, the owner acts like he couldn't care less about clients, i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy go here

Despite Kratom being banned, this business is selling Kratom still and has been selling it for quite a while. They should be reported immediately and sued.

I went there , asked for a disposable, vape , cigarettes , black n milds . ANYTHING TO SMOKE. And they said they don't have anything. That's its policy. Have absolutely nothing. So a smoke shop that has nothing to smoke ? Just glass pieces ? I looked around to actually believe the girl at the front. I don't know if they refused me specifically or what. Buuuttt for real tho? Nothing to smoke in any type of way? Not tryna fien but damn. Got me mad Lowkey. Terrible service.

This is place is awesome! I stopped by here on my break and wanted to check it out. They were so friendly and helpful! I'm not from Suffolk county but I would definitely take a drive out there. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I need assistant. I was just browsing but they told me "if you have any questions feel free to ask". Jason the Owner even came out and showed me a few things and some of their customers favorites! They were so professional and I love it there! Definitely would recommend people coming to this place!!

They don’t stand behind their products, I purchased a product that THEY recommended, (which was pricier than what I normally get) as it would “last longer”, it worked for a week and a half and it stopped working, all I asked was for them to give me a discount on a new one, they refused... So I disputed it with my bank and got a full refund! So I guess I won anyway, but they still suck as a business.
