Cigars are great but waiting weeks to get them isn't. I placed an order almost three weeks ago and waited the two weeks required per their website to call and check on my order. Called twice this week and was told both times they would ship today, it's Friday and they still haven't shipped. Neither time did they they say they were out of stock on an item. Called again this morning and was again told they were shipping today.
