Staff is always friendly, helpful, and reliable. Stock and pricing are good, products are legit (no knock-off/counterfeit vapes). The cat is the best cat I've ever seen in my life.

Glad I checked the vape before opening it however, I should’ve done it in the store. The guy knowingly sold me a fake geek bar. He just finished telling me how it was his last one because the shipment they had just ordered had to be sent back because they were fake. They had to send back because it was fake I checked the code when I got out of the store before I opened it, and indeed the code is not valid. You also cannot call their phone number to let them know what happens I will be stopping in until I get my money back when I see the same guy.

I think I found my best friend. Jk. You can't be best friends with smoke shop. The products were awesome. They had exactly what I wanted. The customer service outstanding. I could have talked to the cashier forever. The vibe was amazing.

These guys are fantastic. Informative, friendly, good prices, and very helpful with fixing any problems and answering any questions. Would highly recommend, and in an incredibly convenient location. I'm based in Manhattan, but this is my new spot to buy hookah pipes and supplies for sure.

Exceptional service. I’ve never had anything short of a great experience there! All employees were knowledgeable about the products and provided me with valuable information. Thank you guys! Best Smoke Shop in Brooklyn
