Customer service is really poor. They have a gigantic selection; however, they only allow shoppers to browse items on the first floor. The majority of their items are located on the second and third floors, which only employees are allowed to access. They have to go get the tool or part you requested, which doesn't usually turn out well because their attitude and customer service are lackadaisical.

Great experience at this vape shop! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-stocked, and had a great selection of flavors and products. Quick service and good vibes — definitely one of the best spots to stop by if you’re into vaping or/and if you need essentials for smoking. Highly recommend!
