I’ve been a regular at this vape store for a while now, and every time I’ve come in, I was served by the same employee with no issues. This time, there was a new girl working, and she asked me for an ID. I explained that I’ve already shown my ID before, which is why I even have an account with them. I had to walk 20 minutes from my house, and honestly, I didn’t think I’d need to carry my ID when I already have an account on file. She didn’t even bother to check my account to confirm, and when I offered to show a photo of my ID, she refused to accept that too. It was the worst experience I’ve had here—felt like she didn’t care at all. Really disappointing for a store I used to trust.

Marina , sales person, is a terrific help! Any questions she patiently answers. She remembers what her customers like. She even picked two e liquids to mix together for me that she thought I'd like. I love her choices! What attention to customers! Thank you so much!

I only ever buy nic juice from there im from another state so they got stuff that's unavailable to me they got decent pricing and a decent selection staff have been good with helping me pick in the past and now that I know what I want they just let me grab it and go. Cool shop for sure.

Great selection but I wish that the staff was a little more knowledgeable. Always super friendly but when I ask a more in depth question I get a “shallow” response. It just gives me a bit more confidence to have some good knowledge on the product that I’m spending $100+ on and that I use daily.
