I visit this bar several times a month, I really like the atmosphere and that they take care of the people who came to relax. Thanks to the good work of the security service and the owner of the establishment who made the decision that for some visitors I think it is right and that is why I choose this bar. I am sure that I am safe. That I will not become part of a scandal or a fight. The kitchen prepares very tasty rolls and salads, as for a bar this is a very big plus, because in bars usually only fries. The owner and staff try to keep the bar from being crowded, for which I am especially grateful.

amazing experience and atmosphere at Next Lounge Bar! The hookah is top-notch — super smooth and packed with flavor. They offer a wide variety of flavors, so there’s something for everyone. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Great vibe overall. Definitely my new go-to spot for a relaxing night out! Also price is acceptable compared to neighboring establishments.

The management of this establishment is extremely rude, arrogant, and completely incapable of treating customers with respect. It felt as if the staff were intentionally provoking guests into a conflict. We came as a group of four, completely sober, and behaved politely, yet we were met with open hostility and disrespect. No one was able to clearly explain why we were being treated this way or why service was refused. Instead of resolving simple issues, the staff seemed annoyed by basic customer requests and acted as though helping guests was an inconvenience. Customer service is virtually nonexistent here. What was especially shocking was that the manager falsely claimed to “know us” and stated that we “always come here and cause problems.” This was an outright lie. I had only visited this place once before, had a completely normal experience, and left without any issues. The overall impression was that customers are viewed as a nuisance rather than people who come to spend their money and enjoy their time. If you want to experience rude staff, arrogant management, poor service, and be treated as though your presence is unwelcome, this is the place for you. We will never return and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We came as a group of 7 people, planning to have dinner, place a full order, and spend the evening there. From the very beginning, there were problems with the service. I was served tea but they forgot to bring sugar. After several requests, the sugar was finally brought, but they forgot the spoon. When I asked for a spoon, the staff once again reacted with obvious annoyance, even though these are basic things that should be provided without reminders. Despite the fact that there were seven of us and we were planning to place a substantial order, after one of us ordered a hookah, we were unexpectedly refused further service. It seemed that the real reason was that we had reminded them several times about the sugar and spoon that should have been brought much earlier. I would also like to point out the poor organization and the lack of even basic management oversight. There was not even any toilet paper in the restrooms. What upset me the most was the attitude of the staff. When we tried to calmly find out why we were being refused service, I was told: “I know you, you always come here and cause scandals.” This is an outright lie. Before this, I had only visited the establishment once, spent my time there peacefully, and left earlier than everyone else without any conflicts. It felt as though visitors here are not treated as guests who came to relax and spend their money, but rather as people who should be grateful simply for being served. Arrogance, disrespect toward customers, and an extremely low level of service. We do not plan to return and cannot recommend this place to others. After my negative review, the owner of the establishment posted a response claiming that our group had been disrespectful. This statement is completely untrue and does not reflect what actually happened. We arrived calmly, were completely sober, behaved respectfully, and did nothing to provoke a conflict. That is why these accusations against us came as a genuine surprise. Instead of acknowledging the obvious issues with customer service and the way guests were treated, management chose to shift the blame onto the customers. What shocked me most was not only the disrespectful attitude we experienced from the staff and management during our visit, but also their willingness to make inaccurate and misleading statements afterward. Their response only reinforced the negative impression we had already formed during our visit. If you value honesty, professionalism, and respectful treatment, I would not recommend this establishment. My experience with both the staff and management was extremely disappointing, and their response to criticism has only made that experience worse.

A great gem and a much needed space in Southern Brooklyn. I'm a nightlife worker living in the area who is very happy that I don't have to travel for an hour to Manhattan or Williamsburg to go to a bar with great atmosphere and amazing entertainment. I've avoided this place for years because it was not pleasant, but since renovation my best friend and I stumbled upon here by accident on a Wednesday night because the sign on the door said they have karaoke. The ambiance and interior design is beautiful, slightly nostalgic but still cool. The bartender was very sweet and cute (my friend likes bold Russian guys), and he mixed us amazing drinks and then showed us the sickest back room with couches and a huge screen where they show movies every Wednesday. Haven't had a chance to try the food, but hookah was good and the host of the karaoke was super fun. My friend and I had a little bit too much fun singing My Humps, but the crowd was living and considering that this was a Wednesday in December- that was a win. I will definitely be back for the movie nights, karaoke and to try the food. Best of luck to this place!
