The guy working at this shop is so incredibly kind. I was confused about the price I paid for something and when I went back he was apologetic (even though it wasn’t his fault at all) and immediately made it right. Thank you! I’m really grateful for the kindness that is always present when I need something from here. Good selection. Would definitely recommend.

Do not go here!!!!! They are the worst! Not only do they charge more than the average smoke shop, they also have horrible selection of products. The staff there are just plan greedy. He told me one price $40 for a box but then when he went to ring it up, it was $80! What?!?! You just doubled the price? I asked can you at least give me a discount for misleading me? I was getting 2 boxes, he gave me $5 buck off after I haggled for 10 mins. Seriously they have the worst customer service. But it's because they rely on volume, not return customers. They know they are the only smoke shop on Graham for a couple of blocks north and south of Johnson, for now. But I say walk north on Johnson towards Bushwick Ave and right before Hombolt, there’s a great smoke shop! Or if you go to the deli right outside the Montrose L stop, they have everything there too, prices are insanely great. Just know exactly what you want and ask for that. There are much nicer smoke shops on grand and Graham. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t deserve it!

Terrible shop. Bought a glass piece from here, broke on my first use. The pipe broke the bong itself from the inside when I was inserting it and the staff did not even try to remedy their mistake for selling me a defective piece. Would not recommend coming here to anyone.

Very terrible customer service. I went there with my boyfriend, who has a passport from a foreign country. After seeing that he's from Saudi Arabia, he just refused to sell us the tobacco product and completely changed his attitude towards us. I have never experienced this kind of discrimination in New York.

Terrible Shop, everything is overpriced or never the same price twice, depending on who you are they make up a price on command just to scam you out of 5 - 10 bucks. I have a novo which in most standard smokes shops a (3) pack of coils for it would cost around 15 bucks but the guys in this shop insist you buy one coil at a time for 10 dollars a piece (which is against the law). If you try to buy the whole pack of coils it’s doubled at 30 and some change, while all this is happening they try to make it seem as if you’re striking a deal just because they punched some number in a calculator. This place is being ran as if it’s based on some type of foreign market where you must haggle for the things you want. Not as a Ny City cbd and smoke shop. Just heads up for my fellow smokers/cbd users.
