The reviews on Adam are absolutely true! I haven't seen my parents since Covid started. Both of their phones were outdated with no possibility to upgrade the OS. While it started off as a daunting experience, the moment the store opened, we were greeted by Adam. He took the time and patience to review the plan, new phones and completed the entire setup flawlessly. I have not seen this level of attitude and care in a long time. At a time of Covid and economic disruptions, Adam's intent to helping his customers is truly commendable. He really is the face of Boost. My family and I truly thank you Adam for all that you do!
