So...it's been a couple of years since I have been in. Recently in Buffalo on business and this WAS one of my normal stops. No longer, though. Now I need a membership to use the lounge in a bar that has lacked a bartender ALL WEEK...REALLY? What exactly am I paying for then? Planned on 'chillin' and grabbing a beer...HA...what a joke.!! Spent over $100 in there while in Buffalo this week...never again. Who was the brainiac that came up with this 'plan.' And you counter person...completely clueless...nice enough, though...you can tell his frustration not knowing from day to day if he's going to have 'bar-keep.' Advice - sell your locations to someone that is passionate about the industry, branding and customer service. Otherwise good luck on your collision course to oblivion. Used to 'direct' colleagues in your direction...sad, really!!

Always chill and relaxing place to watch sports, get some reading done, or hang out with friends. Staff is helpful and kind and really enjoy the atmosphere.

Helpful staff and decent selection, alot of stuff here I haven’t seen before. But all of the cigars I purchased from the walk-in were dried out. Disappointing.

Good selection of sticks. $5 daily membership gets you to the lounge and bar. No air filters. I sat by an open window to breathe. Inexpensive drinks and a good selection. People were nice. I was an out-of-towner. Will be back tomorrow!!

Beautiful lounge. Outstanding customer service, and huge selection! Can't find more relaxing place to have a cigar. Perfect for novices or aficionados. Come one come all!
