Cloud 9 is an excellent store. I've been coming here for years. The staff are super friendly. I Just recently I bought a puffco device that didn't work and Abe went above and beyond for me and contacted a representative from the company to help me fix it and get a new one that worked correctly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I see. Abe deserves a raise. Thanks again for the help.

The guys here are so friendly and helpful, and they're really good at recognising regulars, which I appreciate. Decent prices and very good selection.

Customer satisfaction and care for their customers is top tier. One of the best smoke shops around!

Very good place and reasonable prices

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Has an issue with a value I purchased. One staff member gave me a hard time but eventually did assist me. The other guy with the beard always knows what you’re asking and how to help.
