Friendly, knowledgeable folks behind the counter. They have a great selection with fair prices as well as a points system for money off future purchases. The atmosphere is relaxed and the coffee is excellent, with a large variety of flavor shots as well. They were very helpful and provided the assistance I needed to understand and select the perfect vape starter system for me.
