I've been going here for about 2 years now, since it opened, if that matters, which it doesn't to business, but I digress, sorry. I know all the workers and made good relations with the owner in the first few months, during the honeymoon phase. Nothing serious, but the owner knew my face and my name. I was bringing business via my friends in Windham, etc. I used to literally promote these people on my public Snapchat. I go in nearly once a week, frequently more. I recently purchased a $25 GEEK BAR 60k puff count, a new gimmick vape device, and an eighth (so in a financial sense, it's worth it in the end for both the customer and seller). So I got the vape, a normal transaction. I bought it a few days before I opened it, but it was just sitting upright on my counter for 2-3 days. The normal getting used to the device and break-in period, I guess, was a little weird, but otherwise normal. But after like an hour, I noticed it was draining battery and getting really hot. I figured that it's dry hitting or just burning the coil every time I hit it. Then it will just cycle through to blinker like 2 or 3 times; it'll get really hot and won't let you hit. Clearly a broken device. Now, with my "reputation" with workers, I thought, "Hey, I spend $500+ a month here, let me see if I can get an exchange or discount on my next purchase." So I immediately planned part of my day to get down there from Windham to exchange, plus I needed another eighth ($$$). So I tell the worker, and I say I come in all the time; it's a broken device. Like, I wouldn't put all this effort in to try and scam the people that I know and visit each week that actually skimp my eighth each week, but that's besides the point... $25 is a great price. So just yesterday, I needed more "za," so I went to Cairo Shop to get 2 eighths and a vape because I've been hitting old ones all week because MINE IS BROKEN. So I figured, "Different worker, let me ask again." I explained that the other worker said no because my explanation was forgiving to, I don't know who, but I should've been more stern on the first attempt. But I said, "I swear on whoever, I come in every week, I swear the device is broken," so more customers come in, and I get to the register, and it's the same $75 plus processing fees. I know my methodology and gall are terrible, but when you spend 50+ dollars every time you go into the store consistently, you get a bad product, you go to the people that you trust, that sold it to you in hopes of mutual respect, and you get treated as if you were a baller just passing through. I WILL JUMP ship TO THE NEXT VAPE STORE or DISPENSARY as soon as it's economically, logically, and logistically viable for me and other Mountain folk ($$$), which I don't... but usually have a lot of money. I love the energy and workers; however, that engaging, willing energy quickly fades into utilitarian, fast transactional, detached, profit-oriented energy week over week, and the image, good feeling facade definitely fades further with different shady things happening to me personally and with the community of Cairo... Further toeing the line between greed and good business. Stand behind this 100%.

I don't really review places unless I feel it's necessary. When this shop first opened it was fantastic! The owner was so friendly, answered any questions, helped if you were looking for something specific, and got to know the customers. We stopped by the same day every week. When an employee was hired, everything was fine in the beginning. But gradually the shop started going downhill. For the past, over half a year, they never have anything anymore. No matter what day or time we go. And no answer as to when certain items might be back. I've just about given up trying to support the shop any longer. Which stinks cause the owner was doing so well. But it's been such a waste to keep trying to go and getting nothing. I cant recommend this place any more because they never have anything. It's a shame the business is going downhill. The owner should spend more time to get things back to working order and regain all the customers he has lost.

Ever since the owner got new worker they never have a license to distribute tobacco products in a smoke shop, almost every time I go in here they’re always got no license. I don’t understand how they remain open if they never have a license to sell tobacco products why are you open? when the owner of the store was there I come every week the same day, but till this new worker arrived, I can never get anything advise the owner to look around for a new worker or bring back his buddy or his son whatever. if she don’t wanna work there then leave. I don’t understand but where I come from you treat locals with respect, because there are ur bread and butter.

service is usually awesome, i have never had a problem until now. but i just walked out to the shop as i'm a regular and buy from this store up to 3 times a week, and i had shown up a bit early, no problem for me i didn't mind waiting as they opened at 10 am, i waited until about 10:30 as people pulled in and than drove away. very unprofessional not to open on time when your schedule on your door literally says 10 am to 10 pm. this is definitely going to influence whether i decide to go back or not.
