Visited on 11/07/2022 arrived around 5pm. Parked at Jim’s travel plaza and walked over there. Was greeted when I walked in. Was ask if he could help me with anything. I ask lots and lots of questions and he answered all my questions. Helped me out with some concerns. Gave me great advice. I will for sure return when in the area. Another customer walked in while I was there and he never left my side and he kept helping me. I was about done shopping and told him to help the next customer and he ask if I was sure. I said yes. He went helped them and promptly returned for any other assistance I needed. Highly recommend them. Very nice. Polite. Helpful.

So glad I found this store! Jordan is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever encountered in the industry -- truly passionate about customers getting the best experience. Perfect place for someone new to get their questions answered.

The employee Nick is the absolute sweetest. He is very helpful and very kind and just all around great at his job. He deserves all good things and a huge raise.

Wet Vapes is my go-to vape shop. I transitioned off gas station vuse pods and Jordan knew *exactly* how to create the vape experience I was looking for. Gas station vuse are like 40 bucks for a 4 pack of pods that lasts me a week. Now I get a bottle from wet vapes that lasts me a month and a half for almost half that! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially Jordan, who has managed to teach me a few things even though I consider myself fairly well-versed about the vape world! They also have a great kratom and 7 oh inventory, and they know what's going on in the industry. It's a warm and fun environment, and I honestly find myself just hanging around and chatting when I need a new bottle of juice lol Jordan and Nick really know their stuff - check them out!

Staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I love this place. They had exactly what I needed.
