I recently just went here to see if they were carrying what I was looking for. The guy who is working made me feel very welcomed and helped me with everything I had questions for. The shop has a nice collection of tobacco products and accessories as well as munchies. The prices aren’t bad at all and are very reasonable. They also have another store in downtown of Albany, all their employees are very nice and friendly. I recommend going to one of their stores if you want a good experience, they care for all of their customers and I am looking forward to going again for any of my smoking needs. Overall 10/10

Great customer service the store is very convenient and great for the neighborhood he’s always open on time. They are going to start making deli sandwiches soon which is a good move summer is coming and I sure as hell will not be cooking so it’s nice to know I can walk there and grab something quick to eat

This is one of the best places I’ve been I love it he is a good person and he’s always on time but I love moe come see him

Don't even call! These people have ZERO manners. They are not polite or have any personal skills to even be in the public customer service industry.

The guy behind the counter welcomes and take the time with you. He makes sure you are completely satisfied.
