The young little boy that sits on the counter and does nothing is completely Disrespectful. He sold me a piece that broke in about 14 hours and a couple uses and blamed it on me for miss using it in his terms. Total thief too bad because his dad was a great man!

love them there!! They’re so nice, and knowledgable. They are fair and I choose them every time!! Big selection of a little bit if everything!

Love it. My got to place for cigars and accessories.

great staff !! i was there today. i was sold a cheaper alternative than I originally came in for. But he was so right and I really appreciate him saving me money and still make me happy. He also said that if I change my mind and want to come back for the original product I came at four he would be happy to credit back towards any purchase. I just think the customer service like this . is what keeps you coming back .

These guys are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their product. Been going here since the opened, and will continue as long as they're here. Thank you all for such wonderful customer service! Congratulations B!!! 🥂
