Very disappointed! I come here all the time and buy $14-$20 sticks all the time. I had bought a a.fuentes that was in a clear package and i removed it to light it.It was broken in half. I immediately went to go bring it back about fifteen minutes later and he said , because I opened up the package he cannot honor the return. You cannot see if a stick is completely cracked when the outer rap is blocking it.So obviously the package had to be opened. When I walked in, he was a young guy middle Eastern young buck, told me it wasn't his job. He said he doesn't make them and it's not his job to return it verbatim. Bad customer service , i'm here all the time. Last time

D-Bag owner will not replace my Smok Vape as its defective and no longer charging after only 3 weeks- Once they have your money they don't care about you- These shops are a dime a dozen, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I went today and they sold me this broken piece that was taped together, with a made in China sticker.

They are the friendliest, honest, and best place in town. Forgot a product here and they waited a few days til I came back to return it. Awesome! The variety is insane. I was surprised to find out they had a cigar room too!

Great service. Workers are professional, helpful and very kind. The store is always so clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable on all of their products. I am one very satisfied customer!
