Poor customer service from a salesperson. I bought a defective vape. I tested it inside the store and showed it to the salesperson. As soon as I opened it, the battery and e-liquid were draining very quickly. After just two puffs (literally), the battery was at 85% and the e-liquid at 92%. I showed it to them because I'm a regular customer, but this has happened three times now. The salesperson rudely mocked me and sarcastically told me that's how vapes work, even though I always buy from them and know exactly how they operate. It was definitely a bad experience with that kind of customer service. There are plenty of other stores; there's no reason to let yourself be treated like that by a rude person.

Had been buying a products from this store and never regret from it. But recently i brought a product vape and after a while when i check it was not working at all. I think its not a store fault its was sealed packed so i let it go. After sometime again i went to buy a same product and i checked at that time after leaving a store, guess what its was not working at all. And i went to cashier letting him know its not working and the reaction of that cashier was aggressive and screaming at me telling me i have to check the product infront of him otherwise he won't exchange it. Cashier need to know how to handle the customer not by screaming at him and being aggressive. So if anyone buys product especially vape check infront of him otherwise he won't exchange thats what he tell me. Very disappointed

Really good selection of oil burning pipes 🥳 Really good prices and I didn't feel judged. Large selection of other items one might need for a long festive night. $13 small rush $20 large rush $25 glass piece with bowl $10 large butane Right at the entrance/exit to the E F R M stop

They don’t care about teenagers health. Caught selling illegal vapes when asked they get mad. Illegal and banned stuffs selling at high prices. Should be closed . Illegal products purchased aren’t provided receipts with a clear items. Should be closed.

Over Price in every single items, I was looking for a vape they were asking 119 dollar for that kit. Then i bought it from Manhattan for $40
