Came here post happy hour recently with friend. We each ordered one drink, one appetizer and shared a hookah. The staff was nice and the drinks were good. The food took a while and my friend said her boneless wings were hard to chew. My calamari order although tasteful did not arrive until FORTY MINUTES LATER when I asked for it to be cancelled because we were ready to leave. The staff then insisted I take it and gave me a “To Go” box. The bill arrived and it was $151!!! 20 % gratuity was automatically added. I think it’s ridiculous that our small order would cost so much and no consideration was given to the fact that my food took almost an hour to be presented. I was hoping to become a regular so disappointed.

This place has many low stars for a reason. Security Saturday night 7/12 refused to let my friend in without ID. Offered a photo of it and said she doesn’t drink and he still turned us down. Went to If you know you know a few blocks away and they let us in with no issue. We had a great time there.

I like coming here for hookah and the happy hour specials. There is one particular bartender who brings so much energy, I think her name is Shelly

Yesterday I was there and run into this very rude and disrespectful bartender by the name of BETH, She was very annoying with a loud voice and don't know how to speak. I was sitting next to 3 different people and they even complained me about her. If you planning to stop at 718 grill and Beth is there, you just had a bad day

I cannot complain about one thing. First of all , I came here on a Friday afternoon with my sister Janet. We ordered happy hour drinks and hookah. The music, the service & the scenery is all a vibe. Our waiter was super attentive, friendly & nice. For my first time being there , my experience was great. I will definitely be back!
