Cordial staff, but bad business practices! I brought a device less than a week ago, that was malfunctioning. Brought the product and my receipt to the staff. I accepted the no refunds policy, however instead of an exchange for a faulty product the staff member tried to sell me something else? This establishment values a quick dollar, over return business. Their policies and customer service reflect my statement. Taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing here.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of devices and juice. My regular spot for my needs Update: Owner and staff change. Most of staff either lacks product knowledge (which can be a severe safety hazard in this industry) or not welcoming at all. Spent 10 minutes in the store and Associate didn't say a single word. Only met 1 worker since staff change that knows the product and can communicate. Shame, was a great store.

Will only go here from now on. Relatively new to the VAPE world and always a great experience here and even if I go in to grab a juice real quick, I end up talking to staff and other clients, always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only time I went to other place by my work they gave me the wrong filters and sucked. Grabbed a new Vape yesterday and she helped me make a great choice and put it together. Thanks guys!

My wife & I stopped in ZVapeStation today (7-1-17) after reading so many good reviews about them & we are so glad that we went to them. We are brand new to vaping & needed help choosing the right juice & device as it's very confusing to try to do on your own without the proper help. We were greeted by some wonderful ladies (Tatiana & Mariah) whom were so very patient with us & very helpful explaining & answering all of our questions. We mainly were shopping for my wife but I decided that I needed a device & juice as well. We are so very glad to have met these sweet ladies & are greatful for their warmth, kindness, patience, & knowledge. We will be returning customers. Hope to see you soon Tatiana & Mariah.

Went there just last night. Trying to give up smoking and Daquan was truly helpful and very understanding. I must have asked two million questions and he walked me through everything until I was comfortable enough to make a purchase. Hopefully the cigs will be gone and Z Vape will see a lot more of me!
