I had a great experience at The Polo Cigar Lounge. The atmosphere is upscale and well put together, making it a perfect spot for a night out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. The cigar selection really stands out. There’s a wide variety to choose from, whether you’re looking for something familiar or trying something new. It’s clear they put thought into curating their inventory. The overall vibe is relaxed but refined, which is not easy to get right, and they do it well. The only area that could use improvement is the ventilation. At times, the smoke can get a bit heavy. They seem to have the right equipment in place, so with some adjustments, this could easily be fixed. Overall, a strong 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable cigar lounge.

If you love premium cigars, a classy environment, great service and great company, LOOK NO FURTHER!! Polo lounge is an amazing lounge that is spacious and clean. There is not one bad seat in the house and the staff is truly dedicated to their craft and always looking to make great cigar recommendations!! If you are a cigar lover and have not been here, you need to put it on the list!

Great place to come and relax. The people are friendly and the staff are very helpful and respectful.The lounge is very comfortable and top notch. They always carry cigar events almost monthly. Come and you wouldn't be disappointed.

Under new management, this place has gone downhill fast. The vibe is uncomfortable and poorly controlled. I’ve personally witnessed customers openly sexually harassing staff, and management did absolutely nothing about it. That kind of environment speaks volumes. A cigar lounge should feel classy and relaxed — this feels careless and unsafe. There are far better places to spend your time and money. Be careful folks this ain't the place Won’t be back.

Incredible experience. If I’m ever in Long Island again, I will 100% seek this place out to get a cigar and watch the game. Great atmosphere, everyone was kind, awesome place. The host helped me pick out a cigar that I wouldn’t typically smoke - and it was an AWESOME pick.
