klay was super sweet and really helpful. today was my first time buying a vape and she took the time to explain everything without making me feel dumb or rushed.. she made the whole experience 1000x easier and i will without a doubt be back!

Very nice smoke shop!! Very clean with a large selection of whatever you may be looking for. Customer service is exceptional! Friendly and helpful staff! Pleasant atmosphere. Will continue to shop there as well as refer others. Thank you so much for existing, its great to know there is more than one smoke shop in Geneseo NY.

Ok, so I have another review of Uniq smoke that is not so hot...HOWEVER, after Taylor came aboard, this is my ONLY smoke shop now!!! I walked in, very leary bc of my past experience but noone else was open, I approach Taylor who is amazingly sweet, told her what I wanted and how much I had to spend. Well, she did just that and only that and zi couldn't appreciate her more!!! She is sooooo friendly and knowledgeable about any product in there!!! The claw machine at the register is my favorite too😊Taylor, thank you for being amazing and helpful, you are an amazing addition to this store!!!

Been there twice and though they're nice, the one worker always pushes stuff I don't really want/need, and always tries to get us to buy the most expensive products even if that's not what we asked for. My advice would be to ease up on the pushing cause even though you got the sale, I won't be coming back again.

Not sure who the girl is that was working on 9-11-23 but she really needs a lesson in customer service. I was standing in line at subway trying to get my lunch when she came over and accused me of flicking a cigarette in her parking lot and was very rude about it. Funny thing is I don't even smoke. She needs to get her facts straight and stop getting high on her own supply. It did give everyone at subway waiting a good laugh. CRAZY!!!
