Just wanted to share a quick heads-up for anyone considering shopping here. I dropped by this smoke shop recently, decent selection and staff seemed okay, but things got messy after I left. When I got home, I checked my credit card charges and found that they'd overcharged me - big time. Apparently, I'd bought stuff I didn't even remember seeing. I figured, alright, mix-ups happen, let's sort it out. Trying to get hold of the owner has been a real uphill battle. Even after multiple attempts, I've hardly gotten any response. It's just bad customer service, especially when there's a hefty billing mistake on the line. So here's my advice: if you're thinking of popping in here, triple-check your receipts and credit card statements. Don't let yourself get caught out like I did. Hopefully, the owner gets their act together, addresses this issue, and ensures it doesn't happen to anyone else. That's how you run a business and keep the trust of your customers. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere.

I love this store. Customer service is 10/10! Lots of selection and the owners are very helpful when choosing your selection!! The selection is unmatched... best vape store in the country! If I could give more stars I would.... the juice, mod, and pod systems are so diverse and the owner even has his own brand of juice! Amazing !

Awesome people, have amazing service! Deedee is SUPER nice and knows what she’s talking about. The products are really nice and she helps with anything I need and makes sure I get anything I need. They also have a wide variety of products and the prices are good! Highly recommend this store and I always tell other people about it! Also this store has 3 different locations and all of the employees are super nice and helpful. I’ve been to a couple different vape shops and there the only shop that carries certain products. Definitely won’t be shopping anywhere else for vape stuff!!

Love his place! They always have what I want in stock. There are better than any other vape shop that I have been too. The owner is always helpful in choosing the right item for you and is very friendly. They have a great selection of juices and flavors. I wouldn’t recommend any other place other than RAB!

The juice itself is good but the guy behind counter didn’t have great knowledge about juices or the selection they had. I also wasn’t carded which is a big risk I am 21 but I have a baby face and always get carded even at the place I usually go. Just seemed like the dude behind counter was more interested in getting me out than actually helping me make a selection. I like the juice but I probably will find a similar one else where
