Horrible customer service. Purchased cigars, on their recommendation. One was “ok” and the other totally dried up. Tried to exchange it couple days later and the response from the rude owner was that “I didn’t keep the cigar in the humidor “. Not a smart business man, for sure. You don’t lose a customer for one cigar. We all know that cigars don’t dry like that in matter of days. I will not buy anything in this store and will make to let all friends and family as well.

Came here and purchased 2 great cigars and some pipe tabacco. They had a great selection of cigars and pipe tabacco I would definitely recommend coming to this place if you enjoy cigars and pipes.

Nice owner. Limited cigar selection and prices about 20% higher than other retailers. They did just complete a smoking lounge. They could really benefit by learning more about products, posting pics, social media, etc. They spent a lot of money to get the lounge and have not posted any pics. Also, I called during business hours and the line rang and rang with no one answering.

Great selection of cigars, cigarettes and smoking paraphernalia, much better prices than anywhere in the 5 boroughs

They got some pretty cool stuff there, good cigars, a lounge & tons of tobacco. I’m waiting for legal marijuana from these guys though… it could happen: it’s legal. They’re always good with customer service too, thanks Unique Tobacco!
