Stopped by Tobacco Plaza in Great Neck for the first time and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in, Billy got up from his chair to greet me. It’s a small gesture, but it immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the visit. The cigar selection was refreshing, and after I gave him a quick description of what I enjoy, he recommended a cigar that I ended up really liking. The shop was clean, well organized, and had plenty of comfortable seating. Overall, a very positive first visit, and I’ll definitely be back. Four stars from me.

I had a really disappointing experience at this cigar lounge back in February. My husband and I stopped in while waiting for his car to be serviced, and from the moment we walked in, the attendant’s attitude was rude and off-putting. He immediately made a snide comment about if we’re going to be there we had to purchase a cigar which I did and then continued to make such comments when my husband was going to smoke his own cigar which he already had. After my husband stepped outside when he came back in the attendant continued making comments about sitting there and using the WiFi, saying that if we were going to sit there, we BOTH needed to buy a cigar. That assumption alone was frustrating—especially since I was using my own hotspot and not their WiFi at all. The way it was handled came across as obnoxious and unwelcoming especially since I purchased 3 cigars in total. On top of that, the cigar selection was nothing special. I’ve definitely seen much better elsewhere, so there wasn’t even a redeeming factor there. The space itself is also very small, with limited seating—you’re basically sitting on top of other people, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unimpressive selection, and cramped environment means I will NEVER visit this place again.

Friendly service, good vibe in the store/lounge. High quality cigars. Billy made great suggestions & he was very knowledgable about the cigars in the store. I simply told him about cigars I’ve smoked in the past & he was able to make new suggestions. This store is also a recognized affiliate of the cigar companies which is a plus.

I found the elusive LFD 2020 Special Edition Football. Good stick I'm going to hold on to the other one. Great place to visit! A LI must for any cigar aficionado.
