Hangs up the phone on people then does not answer when you call back to address that. I will not be shopping there anymore. I don't care if it's the neighborhood convenience store. Happy New Year!

Hello, I hope all is well. Here to give my honest assessment. Juice and milk that they sell is either expired, or on the verge of being. Very expensive establishment, and you don’t get what you pay for. One of the staff members is consistently rude and disrespectful. All staff members have a condescending demeanor, and it’s evident in their interactions with me, despite my politeness. The store made solid changes as far as ambiance, I must say. Other than that this should not be your go to convenience store. There are other places within the Hewlett area that would be more than happy to accommodate you. Best, Jermaine Howerton

This store has served nothing but disappointments. Very unfortunate because they’re 24 hours and convenient but the customer service is terrible, the food and drinks are typically expired or close to it, the snack options are limited & it is expensive. I would much rather go somewhere that treats their customers with respect!!
