This is the absolute best cigar/liquor shop and I come here when ever I can. Never had a stale cigar once. Great prices, neat and orderly, absolutely a pleasure every time I visit.

Decent selection but I was searching for the Goose Island BCBS variants and managed to snag one Angels Envy bottle at another store for $43.99. Shamrock charged $11 more for the same bottle. They also had the Eagle Rare that I was looking for but at the same $55 a bottle, which I assume is also marked up. I realize it’s hard to find, but I’ll stick with other stores next year. I drove there specifically for this and it’s a Christmas gift but I won’t shop here again.

Business can't tell time apparently. Sign on door says "I'll be back in 5 minutes". Waited 25 mins and no one came back and unlocked the door to allow customers to buy products.

Service at Shamrock has gone really downhill recently. They do not value their customers and we have consistently had a decline in satisfaction whenever we order delivery. It’s a shame that they used to care enough to call and offer replacements whenever they were out of product but now they make you wait for your order, only to surprise you when you receive an incomplete one.

The selection is overwhelming! I didn’t even know where to start when I walked in but the customer service rep there helped guide me through the store and answered all my questions. Truly awesome place if you are a beer person as there is NO shortage of selection and the rep’s are knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out with some new stuff based on their recommendations and now have some new favorite IPA’s! Oh, and the pricing is spot on!
