I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and I know a lot of the employees. Nice guys for the most part. Unfortunately, after what happened today, I’m pretty disappointed. I bought a vape for $30 three days ago. Last night it started spitting burning hot juice into my mouth and then the battery just stopped working. I went in today hoping to exchange it, but I was told there was nothing they could do because if it works while I’m in the store, I can’t return it. The thing is, I never even tried it in the store when I bought it in the first place. I understand that faulty vapes happen. I’ve bought plenty from here before and most of them have been completely fine. But if something I paid $30 for breaks after three days and literally burns my mouth, I feel like replacing it is pretty reasonable. Now I’m out $30 for something that was clearly faulty. I’ve been coming here for years, so I really expected them to handle it better. Unless they’re willing to make it right, I unfortunately won’t be coming back.

Went in not too long ago and was helped by Dom. He was really nice and answered all of my questions that I had. I'm new to vaping and he was really helpful and respectful. He didn't make fun of me like other places have because I am new.

Great place the amount of different flavors they have are insane. The people that work in there are very helpful, they will take the time to find out what you like. If your in the area with out a question you have to go to them the prices are amazing.

I have been vaping for a long time now .I like to visit many stores to see new juice and mods. The clerk was nice . I found his hardware prices to be very high.the juice selection was not so good. The store had many very young kids. Buying juice an worse this store sells bongs and drug use products . this is not what vaping is about . this is a head shop. Wait look again cigars ?? Seriously ?? I think this is just another card store trying to make a quick buck off people.. I cant tell anyone not to go there .. But if you want a true feel an good experience with vape i would go somewhere else!!!
