I love everything about Gotham smoke shop from their insane selection of top shelf products to their employees lets not forget their low prices they are always getting new shipments in and have just about everything a smoker needs

Love GOTAM smoke and vape. They are actually a lot more than just a Vape shop they are a licensed hemp retailer which means the department of agriculture gave them a license to sell CBD and hemp and cannabis products. They have some pretty strong products that you would think should be in the dispensary that get me totally let that I can just buy over the counter like Gummies and Vape Cart Buyer just that you will totally feel on your first hit. Be careful with the gummy’s because they are way way way strong

Thes guys are awesome!!! I was just visiting NY this week and had to stop by and grab yet another custom glass pipe. Phenomenal prices and customer service. Large selection. Thank you again!!!

I have been going there for almost 10 years, I recently stopped going because I needed a refund, rude 16 year old cashier gave me an attitude while she was eating her McDonald’s behind the counter and explained to me all sales are final even if the product is defective. What an awful smoke shop, they really don’t know how to do customer service. Started shopping online and realised that they were charging me three times the normal amount. Will never go back again. We have so many other better smoke shops on Jericho.

The store is clean, and the staff is always friendly. They gave my dog a bowl of water in the summer once, so ever since then I thought they were pretty cool.
