I didn't get the employees name but he was sure helpful. I was looking for a new 510 battery and found just what I wanted!

Always loved the customer service: went frequently for a time bc they were the only vape store open until 9... And to I met "G." He, especially, was always super friendly, ALWAYS willing to put aside whatever he was working on, to give you the time you needed (to fully explain so one can understand their mod, or the juice system, etc.) I appreciate all of the customer service efforts of all of the employees, they're all great.

Jeff was very hospitable to me and all the others who patronized the shop from the minute we arrived. He was very knowledgeable in using a mod and what was more suitable for my needs. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you prefer a large variety of flavored vapes. They will be your go-to vape shop! Thanks!

After 3 years of being a loyal customer (there every 2 weeks for juice and coils), I had an issue with a bottle of juice. The juice I vape is clear, a few days later it started darkening, at the two week mark it was rust color!!!!! No this had never happened before. When I went in I explained what happened….. they never once gave me any customer service, only excuses!!!! They insisted that I had it in the sun or heat!!!! Nope I certainly did not! But they were persistent to blame it on me. Not my first rodeo. Like I said I had been vaping the same juice for 3 years!!!! They were rude, unprofessional and lost a loyal customer. I asked for a new bottle, asked how much and the guy said “here just take it”and slid the bottle across the counter. Yes they did comp me a bottle but it was the wrong flavor!!!!!!!! Bottom line very disappointing and again…… lost a loyal customer.

was really great experience I drove over an hr to come ther. I was told no internet so I had no cash on me. I was taken at my word i will pay tomorrow by phone. who does tha! I'm very grateful they are honest and believe i will pay tomorrow by phone. G is a really great person. very easy to connect with
