Called 3 Times, and the first time I was hung up on right away without getting a word out, the second time he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before hanging up again. And the third time I call, they give me a nasty attitude acting like I am bothering them, won’t answer any of the questions that I had. This stores customer service is garbage! I recommend if you have any questions about any products whatsoever I would not call the store. I would honestly go to a completely different store. I will personally never spend another dime there again, no reason to disrespect customers so hopefully management gets on top of this.

I use to come here at least every other day for various reasons. Lately though the customer service has been hit or miss. Angelique, Dan, and Timothy is head above shoulders on the customer service skills. There’s one kid with dreads who absolutely rude though every time I go in. The location sells black cherry zyns and every time I’ve went in he’s said they don’t even carry them. Called them today (Friday May 9th) when they usually get their zyn shipments and he said they don’t even sell them…what type of service is that? Is he holding them for himself and his boys or something? This place would be a five star place if it weren’t for that kid Update: just went and Dan was the man and so happened to have a whole roll of the zyns I was looking for. Funny the kid I mentioned above was there too, he must’ve answered the phone. This kid needs a lesson or several on how to act if he’s gonna be in customer service.

The most unfriendly people work there it’s super intimidating, no hi or bye and they don’t even give you a full 8th. I only went cus it’s so close but Id rather just drive 20 miles to planet nugg.
