Why would this company send me a box of 36 Kit Kat bars via USPS? Not only did they arrive a week later than what the tracking information stated but now all I have is a box of melted goo, which is worthless! I would've select zero stars, but the post won't allow for it.

Do not buy from them via Amazon. They are awful, and will not rectify their mistakes. They will deliver you a completely melted chocolate, and then reply with a copy pasted snarky response. This is company is nothing but a scam to deliver a bad quality item and claim they can not give a refund.

My Kit Kats were fine. They expire in July 26. During the summer, I will have to find someone that ships with cold packs. A good company.

Ordered full size candy bars and received bite size. Resolution was to return them on my time (package, print label and take to post office) with no compensation. They wouldn't even respond to my three requests to give me a discount if I ordered the correct product from their company, even though the error was entirely their fault.

I was shocked to see the “star” rating for this company. I have used them for 19 years. 6 very large weddings and 2 smaller wedding orders. One time I had some hydrangeas arrive wilted. Most perked up after they were quickly placed in water. I called Global Wholesale and they quoted me a price they refund me. Very nice and very professional. This was one time in probably different 10 orders. Either no one brags on them or a lot of ppl falsely gives them a bad reviews. I refuse to believe the low ratings. Buy from this company if you need flowers. You won’t regret.
