I have been to Q102 multiple times since their reopening and it has been nothing but great vibes and great customer service every time. First of all, I felt extremely safe as they had security guards upon entering. I felt this was a major plus because of the high crime rate in NY. Not only is it extremely modern inside with an LED lighted bar; the pool tables are in excellent condition, the place is constantly being cleaned, especially the bathrooms & the various DJs are always playing a variety of music (the best of the best), and the drinks and food are delicious. The VIP booths are definitely worth it and are the best when hanging with a group of people. All of the management/ workers are friendly and respectful. Overall, this is one of the best pool halls in Queens!

Love this place , a great location to go and unwind after a stressful week of work, the atmosphere here is amazing, the staff extremely friendly and the food fresh and tasty, the drinks are very good and affordable, pool tables are great and well maintained, recommend this place !

Nice place for pool players as the equipment plays tighter than other places. Don't expect great service because staff is always busy, as busy means good business. Atmosphere is great for those that like to do hookah and have a good time. Food is great. Plantain fries and Shrimp and Chicken fried rice with green sauce is worth the price tag.
