Friendly staff for the most part. Prices are reasonable, especially with cash. There are some employees however that have no idea what's going on or how to operate the register properly. I'll cut them some slack so I think 4 stars is appropriate. The owner is outstanding and very accommodating. He does take work shifts and I look forward to when he's in as he'll work on price with you if you're reason and pay cash. Overall, a good store and conviently close.

Absolutely amazing customer service, best smoke shop around! They have everything you could possibly need. 10/10 highly recommend to everyone in the area. Not to forget they have the best prices and everyone working there is very knowledgeable. Definitely the nicest smoke shop I’ve been to. Super clean and hip. GOD BLESS.

Amazing customer service!!! I came in to purchase a hookah and they helped me find exactly what I wanted. I purchased a Matte black hookah and I’m obsessed with it. They had everything I needed from coals, to tobacco, to much more and they keep their shop updated with the latest products on the market. Would highly recommend this business!

I spoke with Mr Martine was extremely helpful & friendly. We ended up watching the state of the union address together. Miss Eve is great with assisting in selection & customer service. I highly recommend this location

I don't recommend. We bought a 'Flying Monkey' vape for $30 which broke in a week. When my husband tried to exchange it they said no refunds or exchanges. They sell defective items and won't exchange them. Buyer Beware!
