I went to drop off a package because they have SpeedX. The man behind the counter did not know what he was doing. He called someone and took care of 6 customers while I stood there. He barely spoke English so he couldn't explain that he didn't know how to handle the SpeedX machine. He then facetimed with another man and spoke in their language. It was frustrating! DO NOT have someone there that does not speak English and also doesn't know how to ship an item. He didn't give me a receipt. The other man on the phone took my phone number and was supposed to send me a picture of a receipt, but never did.

Online says closes at 11PM. I went there around 10:30PM and it’s already closed… be careful trying to get anything late at night. They’ll probably be closed, this is not the first time. CHANGE YOUR STORE HOURS, If you’re gonna close earlier. So inconvenient and an improper way of running a business.

They are selling counterfeit marlboro gold cigarettes or sold me an old stale couple of packs. Either way don't buy your cigarettes here.

Way over priced on Kratom. It's half the price everywhere else, same brands. I will say the staff is friendly but they charged me $30 for a 3oz remarkable herbs Kratom and $55 for an 8oz, at the east meadow vape shop on Hempstead turnpike an 8oz is $30. They are the only place open before I leave for work so when in a jam i have no choice
