The service at this smoke shop was extremely disappointing. Customer service is basically zero. The employee seemed bothered by every question and responded in a very unprofessional way. She was even breathing heavily and sighing every time I asked about flavors, as if I was doing something wrong just by asking. Since I couldn’t see what was written on the boxes, I kept asking her to show me or explain, but she acted irritated each time. She didn’t scan the products, didn’t tell me the prices properly, and didn’t provide any helpful information about options or flavors, which is the bare minimum you expect in a store like this. It felt like I was disturbing her just by being there. Completely disrespectful towards customers and no willingness to help at all. I do not recommend this place

Great smoke shop on Vernon Blvd. in LIC. There's a great selection of glass pieces, all sorts of smoke paraphernalia, CBD products, flower, vapes, and edibles. The staff are super friendly and very helpful with making recommendations and providing information to make decisions on what to buy. Definitely recommend.

There selling fake stuff. And unlicensed marijuana products All the vapes are fake As an agriculturist I lab tested they're flower it has pestisdes I've reported them already. Horrible to have in such a very upscale area . "Nice YEiLD" is a licenced dispensary right around the corner on Jackson and 50th. Great customer service and product knowledgeable and products persay !!! Them I give 5/5!!!!

I love this store. I love the style is always clean. You can walk in even if it’s crowded. They acknowledge who you are when you walking in they speak. I just love it.

The people at this spot are amazing but 3/4 of my last v*pes that I’ve purchased here have been duds (faulty batter and dead in the same day). I expect it every once in a while but it’s become consistent.
