This lounge is gorgeous! We were in town from out of state and this was the only actual lounge we could find in the Albany area and it was worth the stop. The owner was helpful in recommending cigars and their house blend cigar was great. We weren't able to stay for it but they also have live music on Saturday nights.

Fantastic atmosphere, phenomenal selection and Rob was awesome when I was looking for something new that I haven’t tried. Reasonably priced, especially for the quality of cigar, lounge and service. Will be back for sure!

If you haven’t been to The Welton Room Cigar & Cocktail Lounge yet—go! I’m not a smoker, but I absolutely loved the vibe here. The rich wood interiors, cozy seating, and top-notch cocktails make it a fantastic place to unwind. They also offer great options for non-smokers, so everyone can enjoy. Perfect spot to go with a friend or colleague who enjoys cigars—you’ll both have a great time. Highly recommend checking it out!

This lounge is a true gem in Albany. I was looking for a place while visiting family upstate to enjoy a cigar. The moment I walked in, the décor and atmosphere made me feel like I was right back in Manhattan. The Welton Room is beautifully designed, and the humidor has an impressive selection, including some harder to find cigars. Rob was fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and spot on with his recommendation. Great conversation, great cafecito and an overall warm, inviting space. Easily one of the best cigar experiences upstate! Highly recommend. I’ll be back for another cafecito and smoke soon!
